Embroidered Tapestries

I have two tapestries from the past and three all done in 2020.  -there are two reasons for this; we went to Norway in early 2020, one step ahead of Covid and surely on the last of any cruises to go to sea.  We knew we were taking a small risk; but we had never lived through a pandemic before  and it was just being hinted at in the news.  I took enough embroidery thread and fabric to do 2 pieces if need be, realizing we could be stranded somewhere in quarantine, but it was all very remote and unreal then.

So here are the 3 since Covid. -the First, begun in midwinter in Norway, is a Tree of Life.  It was probably finished in March.  The second was April, May and June.  We got a new puppy.  I did a lot of needlework as I was 'tethering' her, (a house training method where the puppy is on a lead with you at all times).  I just completed the third and it is early October.  So they take over 3 months each.
